About Me

Hello! My name is Arden and work as a Design Engineer and graphic designer at Txtur - a furniture company located in Roanoke, VA. I graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial Design.

My days are filled with 3D drawings on AutoCAD, making foam and fabric patterns from scratch, and creating new graphics, brochures, and social media posts for the company to use.

This job has taught me so much. I now understand the complexities of wood, the furniture manufacturing process, and the importance of kindness and empathy at work.
